Responsibilities
Participates in designing and conducting research studies/programs
Collaborates with research and design teams to collect and analyze data with oversight
Participates in the development of research collateral for deliverables, presentations, workshops, business development, etc
Participates in the communication of research findings in both peer-reviewed forums and mainstream media with oversight
Participates in development and delivery of research resources to design teams through various firmwide platforms
Participates in submission and maintenance of Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols as needed
Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues, design and technical issues and coordination with other disciplines
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
Travel may be required
Preferred
Advanced degree in a design, technology, or social sciences field
Typically 4+ years of recent relevant experience in research
Related accreditation
Basic knowledge in the following skills: research methodology, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, physical and digital prototyping, academic and industry writing
Proficiency in Adobe Suite
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiarity in statistical software packages
