They are seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure the organization receives the right goods and services, managing the full sourcing life-cycle and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Calculate materials required by analyzing construction schedules, bills of material and existing supply
Submit Requests for price and lead-time quotes to external vendors (domestic and international)
Generate purchase orders in SAP ERP and Samsung's Resource Management System (RMS)
Follow-up with vendors to expedite delivery of materials and identify potential cost savings
Escalate material shortages to management team

Required

High school diploma
Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures
3+ years working in Supply Chain Management/Procurement
Must have strong Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Procurement experience desired
Experience in mobile network construction desired
