5+ years expMcCulloh Consulting is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead and elevate their behavioral health programs in Marion County. This role involves driving clinical excellence, shaping innovative programs, and mentoring a dedicated team while ensuring high standards of patient care for mental health and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for clinical teams (therapists, social workers, and more)
Oversee clinical operations, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and a patient-centered culture
Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs to meet community needs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc.)
Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, driving professional growth and best practices
Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Collaborate with hospital leadership and community partners to align services and expand access
Lead crisis intervention, oversee case planning, and maintain a limited caseload as needed
Support staff development, including hiring, training, and ongoing education
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Current state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
5–7+ years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health
Preferred
Inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health hospital experience
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
Experience with program development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and accreditation standards
CPR and de-escalation certification (can be obtained upon hire)
