Project Manager

Responsibilities
Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for Student Engagement projects, programs, and initiatives
Stay highly informed of all Student Engagement programs, initiatives, and timelines, and share information across teams to support coordination and collaboration
Coordinate schedules, timelines, and shared resources across Student Engagement teams to support alignment and smooth operations
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans that guide Student Engagement efforts
Organize, maintain, and secure materials to support Student Engagement programs and events
Maintain extensive working knowledge of Raider Success Hub and utilize it for reporting, communication, and documentation
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge, skills, and best practices in student success and retention
Assist with assessment plan development and evaluation of Student Engagement outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years
Knowledge of project planning and execution from initiation through completion
Ability to lead project staff and adapt quickly when priorities shift
Attention to details, patterns, and trends
Preferred
Knowledge of and/or experience with student development programs within a college or university setting
Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel/Student Affairs, or a related field
Experience supervising student staff
