Responsibilities
Welcome visitors (Strong written and oral communication skills required)
Verify Identification
Badging visitors
Direct visitors and tour groups at facility
Coordinate with visitor hosts and advise them on site visit procedures and security requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Learn and use security related applications such as Access Commander, eScurity, Visitor Management System as an example
Collaborate effectively and positively with Andover Security teammates and other stakeholders
Interact routinely with Executives, U.S. and Foreign Government customers and dignitaries

Qualification
Required
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret
Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Preferred
Experience with the National Industrial Security Program
Experience in an Administrative and Reception environment
Ability to collaborate and partner with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect
Effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
