Responsibilities

Serve as the lead support resource for D365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Transportation
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, and implement enhancements
Manage escalations and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary
Oversee system updates, patches, and deployments using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Support integrations with other systems and ensure data integrity across supply chain workflows
Train and mentor junior support team members on supply chain-related ERP functionalities

Required

5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar ERP systems
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, production, and logistics
Technical proficiency in SQL, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and data migration tools
Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for ERP deployments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred

Experience with D365 Finance and Operations Activity modules
Familiarity with API integrations and customizations within D365
Knowledge of security roles and user management in Dynamics 365
Exposure to cloud technologies and Azure services
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
