Responsibilities
Assist with NovoCare Pharmacy by managing and routing questions or issues received from the field to the appropriate partners
Partner with Market Access and the National Director of Virtual Sales to support the addition and removal of Telehealth HCPs
Support trending and analysis of key execution KPIs to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for Sales Areas
Prepare clear summaries and visuals to support leadership discussions (i.e. National KPI Dashboard Development, Synthesize existing area-level dashboards (Excel, Tellius, and other tools) into a consolidated national view)
Collaborate with IT to help design and build a dynamic, scalable national dashboard accessible to all areas
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred
A completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline preferred
Class year of a Junior or Senior preferred
