Director, Performance Marketing
TreVita Medical Tourism is seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to drive performance-driven results and scalable growth. This role focuses on optimizing marketing metrics, leading strategy across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and client experience.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize core marketing metrics including CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and channel‑level performance
Lead strategy and daily performance oversight across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, programmatic, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels, ensuring spend is optimized for maximum ROI
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across ad creative, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments to improve funnel efficiency
Forecast and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient scaling and high‑performing spend allocation
Set clear expectations and deadlines for external partners; hold them accountable for performance metrics and ROI
Provide leadership with weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting wins, trends, risks, and optimization priorities
Build and manage the marketing roadmap, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with performance goals
Supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist through clear direction, coaching, and performance‑focused feedback
Oversee internal marketing initiatives such as website updates, landing‑page optimization, HubSpot enhancements, and analytics dashboards
Partner closely with Sales and Coordination teams to align performance campaigns with real client needs, objections, and feedback
Ensure brand voice, creative, and messaging reinforce our premium concierge positioning while supporting conversion goals
Communicate upcoming campaigns, timelines, and insights to internal stakeholders
Design and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and supporting analytics tools
Build and refine multi‑touch attribution models to improve visibility into channel performance and full‑funnel behavior
Lead post‑campaign analysis to identify insights, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Analyze funnel behavior to identify drop‑offs and conversion opportunities
Position our services in a way that clearly communicates and reinforces our premium value, ensuring that price aligns with perceived quality and outcomes
Review and approve content produced internally or by external partners
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital, print, and client communications
Oversee review-generation efforts, testimonials, and reputation‑building strategies that support trust and conversion
Recommend and test new acquisition channels (e.g., TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, affiliate programs), offers, and performance tactics to increase funnel velocity
Lead structured A/B testing and experimentation programs with clear, measurable KPIs, and rapid iteration cycles
Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare and medical tourism marketing to ensure our strategy remains competitive and cutting‑edge
Challenge assumptions and proactively bring new ideas forward to drive profitable growth
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, analytics, or growth roles
Demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets, scaling channels, and achieving measurable improvements in CAC and ROAS
Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM analytics; attribution modeling experience preferred
HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) expertise in reporting, workflows, and integrations
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn complex metrics into clear strategic recommendations
Excellent communication skills with confidence to influence partners and push back when needed
Background in healthcare, wellness, travel, or high‑trust consumer industries
Working knowledge of key digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, social media management, SEO, and email marketing
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience in a startup or lean environment preferred
