Responsibilities
Collaborate with intake and legal teams to identify and collect documents that strengthen VA disability claims
Communicate with clients through phone, text, and email to obtain supporting statements and evidence
Manage a high-volume workload, collect documents by deadlines, and follow timelines closely
Follow SOPs precisely to ensure each step of the document collection process meets firm standards
Use critical thinking to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles in the document gathering process
Maintain accurate records and update databases to ensure full documentation for each client
Track and analyze your performance metrics to improve efficiency and meet collection goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, document collection, or administrative support
Communicate effectively with a client-centered approach in both written and verbal forms
Use technology confidently
Organize tasks with strong attention to detail
Work independently, stay motivated, and keep yourself accountable
