Business Development Representative (Inside Sales Closer)

They are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to own the full sales process, from cold outreach to closing deals for essential kitchen services.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to commercial kitchens (restaurants, hospitals, schools, senior living, etc.)
Qualify decision-makers and present our services confidently
Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision process
Close deals directly over the phone (not just set appointments)
Manage and update leads in our CRM
Follow provided scripts, training, and sales processes
Work warm and hot leads in addition to cold outreach
Build a repeat customer pipeline for long-term commissions
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
