Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research and networking
Sales Outreach: Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and digital communication to prospective clients
Client Needs Analysis: Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives
Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using the CRM
Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends and evolving customer needs to position MRR’s products and services effectively

Required

Demonstrated success and comfort with outbound prospecting
3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development
Ability to use persuasive communication skills, tailored to client needs, to effectively negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Experience with CRM and Pipeline Management
Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones using innovative solutions and a strategic sales approach
Continuously strives to achieve top results and improve personal and team performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience in the oil & gas or energy industry is a benefit
