Responsibilities
Plans and strategically executes complex projects across diverse healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive, integrated strategic initiatives, project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and key measures of success
Oversees planning, operational implementation, and transitions, ensuring seamless workflows and project success
Develops and deploys relevant tools to streamline and optimize initiative planning and execution, enhancing team communication and collaboration
Manages day-to-day project activities with a focus on scalable outcomes and optimal resource utilization
Implements advanced project management methodologies and encourages the adoption of best practices
Mentors and coaches team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the team
Spearheads the development of forward-thinking strategic plans and initiatives, aligning with overarching organizational goals
Identifies opportunities for process optimization within the context of scalable project execution
Collaborates strategically with internal functional teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives
Provides regular, strategic updates to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and addressing challenges
Develops strategic recommendations to inform decision-making in the planning and execution of high-impact strategic projects

Qualification
Required

Strategic vision and thinking. Ability to help position the organization for the future, looking beyond the present situation to conceptualize key trends and identify changing market demands
Demonstrated business acumen, intelligence, and capacity; able to think strategically and implement tactically
Ability and willingness to challenge the standard thinking through strong analysis and by applying new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions
Ability to inform rapid and effective decision-making on key strategic initiatives
Finance orientation with meaningful exposure to budgeting, analyzing, planning, and pro forma development
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and points of view to inform/influence key stakeholders through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence
Approaches work as an integrated system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps
Leadership presence, self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results. Must be able to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, strategic environment
Project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with proficiency in advanced project management tools and software
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize and integrate organizational priorities and deadlines
Strong people management, leadership skills, and the capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support
Exhibit strong proficiency in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Communication Sites, etc.)
Knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations, including federal and state anti-kickback statutes, the Stark Law, and HIPAA
4+ experience in healthcare, business development, management consulting, and/or project management
Bachelor's
Preferred
Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations
Master's
3+ experience in healthcare strategy
Previous work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care highly desired
