Design Concept

Hands on printhead engineering
Prototype testing and evaluation
Other duties may be assigned
Use Excel and statistics in analysis and correlation of data
Write and present reports to engineering teams
Organize and catalog test results data for future reference
Qualification
Required
Technical college level courses completed related to design engineering
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SolidWorks
Ability to work independently with engineering guidance
Preferred
Experience using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to model complex physics, for example ANSYS and COMSOL
GD&T experience
Knowledge of ink jet printing systems
