Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for assorted positions in markets across the United States. This includes sourcing both active and passive candidates
Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process including consulting with managers regarding staffing needs, interviewing, and selection
Conduct pre-screening, interviews, reference checks and other recruitment activities
Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top talent through sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Maintain detailed sourcing data and contribute to regular reporting on pipeline health and candidate engagement
Track talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to advise recruiting strategy
Deliver personalized outreach and compelling messaging that communicates the value of a career with our company
Create and maintain pipelines of diverse candidates in key markets across the U.S
Research and develop relationships with community organizations to provide qualified diverse candidates. Ensure candidate pools contain a diverse slate of candidates
Guide hiring managers on interviewing skills on an ongoing basis to ensure effective legal interviewing practices
Provide consultation and interpretation of policies and procedures to supervisory staff and employees
Provide benefits and company information, and ensure the appropriate state required documents are given to applicants
Maintain a working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations to ensure that employment actions and programs are in compliance
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge
7 years of managing full-cycle recruiting
7 years previous human resources experience
Demonstrated knowledge and ability working with external recruiting resources
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law and common human resources practices/programs
Very strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree highly preferred
