Senior Systems Engineer (Partial Telework)
GliaCell Technologies is a company focused on Software & System Engineering in Enterprise and Cyber Security solution spaces. They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems for a U.S. Government customer.

Responsibilities
Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
U.S. Citizenship
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
Works well independently as well as on a team
Strong communication skills
The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance and Kubernetes
Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments
Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholders
Solid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs
Qualification
Required
An active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
U.S. Citizenship
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Works well independently as well as on a team
Strong communication skills

Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
Familiarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes features
Working knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana
Security+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification preferred
