Responsibilities
Manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases through all phases of litigation
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery
Work with medical experts and analyze medical records
Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic case guidance
Collaborate with litigation teams to develop case strategy
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters
Experience handling cases independently or with limited supervision
Strong deposition, motion practice, and discovery skills
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Active Missouri license required
Preferred
Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation experience
Kansas license is a plus
