Project Manager, HOPE Buffalo

Cicatelli Associates Inc is seeking a Project Manager for the HOPE Buffalo initiative, which focuses on optimizing youth wellness and reducing rates of teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. The Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day activities, support program implementation, and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure effective program delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for HOPE Buffalo programs and activities in alignment with approved workplans
Track program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure consistent implementation across partners
Proactively identify and address operational issues, escalating to leadership as appropriate
Manage and support preparation for program-related meetings, trainings, and implementation activities
Record and disseminate meeting notes and key action items for internal and partner meetings as appropriate
Serve as the primary point of contact for program partners, contractors, and facilitators
Coordinate partner onboarding, communication, and ongoing technical assistance to support high-quality implementation
Support monitoring of partner progress toward scope of work and follow up on required deliverables and documentation
Establish and maintain systems to ensure timely payment of partners, youth, and community members
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and youth involved in HOPE Buffalo programming
Maintain organized project files and databases in accordance with organizational standards (i.e., project management systems, training management systems)
Coordinate with internal communications staff and partners to support the development of public-facing materials, including website content, newsletters, reports, and press-related communications, to advance project visibility and stakeholder engagement
Support consistent program delivery and fidelity across sites and partners
Assist with feedback loops and continuous quality improvement efforts informed by youth, partners, and staff
Perform other duties as necessary/assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years combined (training and field) experience in public health, education, community engagement, social work or a related field
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Buffalo Community and Buffalo Public School System
Knowledge of quality improvement and performance management principles to improve youth and community outcomes
Strong analytical, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with evidence-based sexual and reproductive health interventions
Excellent planning skills, extremely organized, and ability to multitask
Demonstrated skills in project coordination and project management
Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
