Qualification
Required
4-6 years of employment defense litigation experience at a law firm
California Bar admission, in good standing
Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented work that meets the expectations of sophisticated clients
Ability to meet a 1,900 annual billable hour requirement while maintaining excellence
Willingness to work in-office at least three days a week for team collaboration
