Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, often using tools like GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset
Environment & Release Management : Manage sandbox refreshes, deployment orchestration (metadata/data), and branch strategies to maintain consistency from development to production
Automation & Optimization : Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
Collaboration & Support : Work with developers, architects, and admins to resolve merge conflicts and debug deployment issues
Governance & Security : Ensure compliance with Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) guidelines, manage version control (Git), and implement security monitoring
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado in production
Strong experience managing CI/CD pipelines, user stories, commits, and deployments
Solid Git experience (branching, merges, conflict resolution)
Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and release cycles
Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with developers and admins
