Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of Specialty and OBGYN services
Ensure overall performance and execution of practice functions, including staffing, budget adherence, clinic operations, and addressing patient concerns
Ensure all aspects of daily operations run efficiently, including patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and safe delivery of care
Actively support the team by participating in care coordination and service delivery
Qualification
Required
Active National Certified Medical Assistant or LPN/RN licensure with the State of VT
BLS certification required
Preferred
Minimum of two years of management experience preferred
BSN preferred
