Responsibilities
Monitor and update support ticket queue, document issues and known fixes
Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate IT staff when necessary
Configure workstations for new employees and upgrades of existing workstations
Configure IOS and Android mobile devices
Assist in the generation of technical training documentation
Maintain positive relationships and open line of communication with all Adrenaline employees
Ensure optimal systems and application performance workstations and mobile devices
Manage workstation imaging system for Windows based and Apple workstations
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience maintaining Windows and Apple workstations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with Apple and Android mobile devices
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers
Customer service experience
Preferred
Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
