Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage the seating chart to ensure smooth dining flow
Monitor bar activity and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and efficient approach
Keep host desk and restaurant areas clean
Assist with table and room setups according to diagrams when necessary
Utilize opening and closing checklists effectively
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications
Able to operate the POS computer system
Flexible availability
Preferred
Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred
