Responsibilities
Create and set up new claims for Defense Based Act clients in accordance with established procedures
Manage and maintain the Defense Based Act Client Portal to ensure timely claim filing, maintain accurate information and setup processes
Scan, index, and upload claim documentation into Image Right to support Defense Based Act and additional client needs
Provide ongoing clerical and administrative support to Defense Based Act claims staff
Participate in special projects and assume re-assigned duties based on operational demands
Serve as backup support for clerical and mailroom operations during absences or periods of increased volume
Assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or some college coursework
1-3 years of office experience
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred
Bilingual
Previous experience in Workers' Compensation claims
