Responsibilities
Complete Quality Control on submitted applications prior to submission
Provide Sales Advisors with alternative quotes
Upload documents to CRM to complete issuance of insurance policy
Take both in and outboard calls for commercial insurance applications and work very closely with the Advisors
Promote and enhance customer service by providing professional and effective assistance
Outbound lead follow-up
Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and customer service expertise
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty license, or must obtain within 6 months of hire
Strong communication skills via email and phone
Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Customer service and sales experience preferred, experience in a call center environment helpful
Basic computer skills, G suite preferred, and Salesforce a plus
Associate degree preferred
