Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center connectivity
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba wireless LANs, controllers, access points, ClearPass and SD-WAN solutions
Conduct performance tuning and network health assessments
Conduct and document cybersecurity vulnerability scans using approved tools in compliance with DoD requirements
Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
Lead troubleshooting efforts for escalated network issues
Collaborate across IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant network operations

Required

7+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles
Experience with Aruba or Cisco wireless solutions
Experience with network troubleshooting tools and packet analysis, such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, such as Aruba EdgeConnect and orchestrator or Juniper SSR
Knowledge of routing protocols, such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, or BGP
Knowledge of TCP/IP and data network protocols, including ARP, DHCP, HTTP, SNMP, and TCP, and protocol analysis tools, including tcpdump and Wireshark
Knowledge of DoD network deployments, STIGs, and IA compliance standards
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

Preferred

Experience with firewalls, such as Palo Alto or Fortinet, NAC, and network security policies
Experience with cloud networking, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools, such as Python or Ansible
DoD 8570 Compliance Certification a plus
Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or Security+ Certification
