Responsibilities
Manage implementation of new accounting and finance systems and processes
Collaborate with IT to develop and automate operational reports
Provide recommendations to improve existing accounting and finance workflows
Facilitate information flow for financial reporting, analysis, and planning
Ensure accuracy of transaction processing from source systems through general ledger
Support the development and assessment of the design and/or operating effectiveness of internal controls
Serve as liaison between controllership and finance staff, IT, and other related departments
Assist in development of controllership and finance staff training materials and policy/procedure documentation
Supporting the deployment and use of finance and controllership systems
Provide project management support to various finance projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of accounting and finance transactional flows
Proficiency working with SAP, reconciliation tools, Power BI, task management and consolidation software
Practical experience in configurations, integrations, implementations/upgrades, user testing, training, and support
Experience developing policies and procedures documentation
Experience in project management
