Territory Sales Manager
Sky Climber Access Solutions is focused on Business to Business Sales, Rental & Service of temporary equipment. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with branch operations to achieve sales forecasts.

Responsibilities
Develop branch Rental, Sales, & Service to meet all sales forecasts and budgets
Prospecting for new business while maintaining and enhancing existing relationships
Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals
Work with the Branch Operations Manager on the following:
Inventory Management
Customer Service/Support
Resolving Customer issues
Managing projects as required
Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge
Attend Trade Shows And Association Meetings As Required
Weekly reporting and update of sales
Work with Senior Management and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior construction sales experience business to business is preferred
Knowledge and experience in the scaffolding and access industry a major plus
Experience in a commercial/industrial equipment rental business is a plus; construction background preferred
Work environment may include working on elevated surfaces, roofs, and confined spaces
Work environment may also include working outdoors in various levels of heat or cold
Be comfortable working at heights
Be comfortable with physical work that requires climbing stairs and ladders frequently
Ability to lift 70 lbs
Ability to work in a multi-task environment
Ability to work in an environment with minimum supervision
Proven sales record
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Proven track history of building and growing a business
Aggressive individual able to make sound business decisions
