Required

two to six years of experience
a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
experience or interest in work with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Outbound Investment Security Program (OISP)
experience or willingness to develop expertise in the related subjects of government contracts, export control, and internal investigations
experience or interest in developing expertise in transactional support (i.e., M&A and structured investments)
specific experience with the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
specific experience with the Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC)
specific experience with the Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
specific experience with the Department of Defense's Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
