Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness
Knowledge of Credit Union loan policies, products, procedures, processing, and Underwriting guidelines
Familiarity with title reports, insurance, and appraisals
One to two years of related loan servicing experience
Attention to detail
The ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills and willingness to assist others
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
Exceptional Member Service skills
Good analytical and financial skills
Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment
Good typing skills
Preferred
Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred
Real Estate background helpful
