Responsibilities
Clean and maintain laboratory supplies and glassware
Build panels and dispense bottles for production use
Operate laboratory equipment including glass washers, dryers, and autoclaves
Create and maintain label files using established templates
Assist with the removal and proper disposal of chemical waste
Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids to meet batch specifications
Support training activities for onboarding and new or updated procedures
Follow established procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Adhere to all housekeeping and safety policies and procedures
Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with a technical certification in laboratory operations and 1 year of laboratory experience, or
Associate's degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year of laboratory experience, or
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, analyze charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
