Responsibilities
Professionally communicating with our client, customers, Account Managers, and Engineering team via phone, email, and in-person
Analyzing data in Excel to uncover trends; using Excel-based tools to analyze energy consumption of mechanical systems
Supporting Engineers and energy efficiency program staff with energy projects and improving workflows
Providing excellent customer service
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school degree required
collaborative and organized candidate
excellent communication skills
emotional intelligence
attention to detail
interest in learning more about the energy efficiency field
Preferred
some secondary education in Engineering or similar
Experience (school or professional) with building science, industrial mechanical systems, or energy efficiency
Previous experience, proficiency, and interest in data analysis in Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
