Responsibilities
Develop and optimize production processes in partnership with co-manufacturers
Identify inconsistencies and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions
Travel to co-manufacturing sites to support trial and first production activities
Support onboarding of new co-manufacturers including process transfer and validation
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive data-based decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, outside the box thinking
Willingness and ability to travel (50%)
3-5 years experience in process engineering or food manufacturing
An ambitious individual that wants to grow their skillset at one of the premier, growing food companies
Self-Starter that requires minimal oversight with an ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Very strong organizational skills and an extremely disciplined approach to database and documentation management
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Effective communication and teamwork skills are critical
Accustomed to changing priorities and a high tempo, dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a great attitude to support a high growth company
