Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Operate the dispatch desk by monitoring alarms, cameras, and building systems, coordinating radio and/or phone communications, and assigning officers to calls for service
Receive and prioritize incident reports, respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify property management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders
Maintain accurate logs and records including dispatch activity, key and badge control, deliveries and contractor check-ins, and incident documentation
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as required by post orders, with working environments and conditions varying by location
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
