Responsibilities
Accurately post financial information using a PC workstation
Ensure all payments are processed timely and accurately in accordance with contractual obligations
Assist with staff scheduling, workflow planning, and research of unprocessed payments (suspense) using Kidstar and CSE systems
Perform quality control checks and assist with DE Quality Ratings
Maintain professional standards of conduct, attendance, and dress code
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Experience in Data Completion (alpha and numeric) or 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
Knowledge of Windows desktop applications required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to sit for long periods, handle paperwork, and perform repetitive keyboarding motions
