Junior Video Editor And Media Manager
Cynet Systems is seeking a Junior Video Editor & Media Manager to support video production and media operations. The role involves organizing media assets, preparing projects for editors, managing uploads, and ensuring the smooth delivery of video content while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities
Ingest, organize, and label raw footage from multiple sources
Build and maintain clean and consistent project structures in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Create and manage proxy workflows to support efficient editing
Prepare timelines, bins, and assets for editors and motion designers
Assist with basic edits, selects, string-outs, and versioning as required
Work with Essential Graphics Templates and established motion design systems
Support art direction and motion design by ensuring assets are properly prepared and versioned
Maintain disciplined file naming conventions and folder structures
Track deliverables and export final assets according to defined specifications
Apply and quality-check metadata, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, and aspect ratios
Handle revisions, re-exports, and platform-specific delivery requirements
Coordinate upload schedules and confirm successful publishing
Collaborate closely with editors, motion designers, and art directors on active projects
Communicate clearly on asset readiness, handoffs, and deadlines
Identify missing assets, inconsistencies, or technical issues early in the workflow
Follow established workflows while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and organization
Qualification
Required
One to three years of experience in video editing, media production, or a related field
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe After Effects
Familiarity with Essential Graphics Templates and shared creative workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage large media libraries and complex file systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed creative team
Relevant education in media production, video editing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Understanding of proxy workflows, codecs, frame rates, and delivery specifications
Familiarity with brand systems and creative standards
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager
Interest in technology, enterprise content, or branded storytelling
Desire to grow into advanced editing or motion design responsibilities
