ION Solar is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support their hiring efforts through various recruiting platforms, responsible for contacting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Source, contact, and screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle in a timely and organized manner
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, priorities, and timelines
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within applicant tracking systems
Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews
Familiarity with online job boards and recruiting dashboards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience supporting corporate or multi-department hiring
Experience managing job boards or PPC recruitment platforms
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies
Solar or construction industry experience
