Sales Operations Manager
The Staff Pad is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead regional Business Development Managers and a National Account Manager. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ensuring disciplined sales processes across multiple branches.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop BDMs and NAM to meet revenue and pipeline goals
Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline, and forecasting integrity
Implement sales SOPs, opportunity handoffs, and follow-up standards
Support branch readiness, customer onboarding, and eCommerce-to-field conversions
Provide dashboards and performance insights to senior leadership
Develop regional and national sales strategies aligned with branch operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B sales operations or sales management
Experience coaching sales teams and managing pipelines
CRM and forecasting expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
Strong Excel/PowerBI skills and cross-functional influence
Preferred
Multi-branch distribution experience
eCommerce familiarity
