They are searching for a Payroll Processor who will be responsible for payroll document management, manual check processing, audit support, and compliance communications across U.S. payroll operations.

Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end intake, scanning, routing, and reconciliation of payroll and compliance documents
Coordinate with offshore teams by creating tickets and sharing scanned documentation and reports
Process manual payroll checks, maintain state‑level check inventory, and manage FedEx dispatch and tracking
Perform payroll audits, including review of timecards, attendance, and payroll inputs
Maintain audit sheets and track audit outcomes within Oracle systems
Cross‑verify employee and payroll data between Oracle and SuccessFactors; resolve discrepancies
Execute payroll corrections and employee lifecycle updates (compensation, transfers, promotions, address, and entity changes)
Review and manage confidential documents such as W‑2s, garnishments, tax records, and payroll checks
Prepare and distribute employee communications, including benefits, termination, WC, MSO, VOE, and state‑specific notices
Support Accounts Payable document routing and FedEx label management
Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and confidentiality across all activities
Qualification
Required
At least a High School diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree is preferred
2.5-4 years of experience in U.S. payroll operations, audits, and document management
Working knowledge of ADP, Oracle Payroll, Oracle FBI, and SuccessFactors
Strong attention to detail, compliance awareness, and data confidentiality
Experience coordinating with offshore team, customer, and external vendor
Familiarity with FedEx logistics and manual check processing preferred
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, audit readiness, and timely coordination with offshore team, customer, and vendors
