Hogsalt is delighted to offer a Photography Summer Internship Experience for someone pursuing a career in Photography or Visual Arts. The internship provides hands-on experience with the Marketing Department, focusing on photography projects and collaboration with other interns.

Responsibilities

Attend weekly workshops hosted by the Recruiting, Training, & Development Team to learn about and evolve your personal Leadership Style

Engage with Hogsalt Interns from different departments to collaborate on a Group Project which you will present to the Hogsalt Executive Team

Partner with the Marketing team to continuously improve the department. You will assist with a variety of photography projects including lifestyle shoots, events coverage, social media marketing, and managing photo assets for different Hogsalt restaurants

Provide pivotal support to the Marketing Team by aligning yourself with the company’s strategies and overall business needs and goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to other Marketing + Creative objectives (i.e. print collateral, social media content, web updates, etc)

Engage in weekly team meetings by inputting realistic and pertinent ideas and strategies with actionable results

Learn from mentors at peer and leadership levels

Connect with the Director of Marketing every week to discuss project management and goals

Required

Has a high drive to succeed

Communicates efficiently and clearly in verbal, written, and creative mediums

Is highly accountable and has attention to detail as an active team member of the Marketing team

Represents the Marketing team in a friendly, relatable, and caring manner

Effectively multitasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Has strong time and project management skills as well as organizational skills

Has experience with photography, camera operation, lighting setup, and photo editing; your own full frame camera will be necessary

Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge)
