Client Accounting Services - Director/Partner
WhiteCap Search is seeking a Strategic Director or Partner to lead and expand its Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice. This senior-level role involves business development and high-level client service delivery, focusing on driving market presence and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new CAS client opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and engagement scopes to win new business
Build and maintain a strong personal and professional brand within the market and local business community
Partner with marketing and firm leadership to execute go-to-market strategies and grow the CAS practice
Drive client retention and expansion by identifying cross-sell opportunities and delivering exceptional client service
Serve as the strategic lead and primary relationship manager for a portfolio of key clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Provide high-level financial guidance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and financial analysis
Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance for client accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA highly preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in public accounting and/or outsourced accounting services
Strong financial acumen and advisory experience with small to mid-sized businesses
Proficiency with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, Expensify, etc.)
