Responsibilities
Develop Commercial Banking Risk’s current year monthly outlook and annual credit metric budget
Partner closely with Credit Risk executives to forecast Commercial Banking Risk credit metrics
Drive credit metric forecasting meetings with Senior Credit Management
Serve as a Partner to Commercial Banking Risk Senior Management while providing best practices for forecasting
Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis teams and Controllers to ensure consistent reporting
Assist with various ad-hoc analysis requests and Senior Credit Management presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 6 years of relevant Finance experience
Strong analytical and research skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
Business acumen and an ability to tell a compelling story from the data
Creative self-starter with strong initiative and ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
Strong work ethic and personal integrity
Highly organized, strong attention to details, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, PitchPro
Preferred
Prior experience finance focused on credit metrics or in commercial banking
