Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
Perform advanced repairs to building structures, interiors and exteriors
Conduct inspections to identify safety concerns and preventative needs
Support property improvement projects and emergency repairs
Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards
Document work orders, inspections and maintenance schedules
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades
Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions
Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
Preferred
Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work
Two or more years of facilities or maintenance experience
