Responsibilities
Coordinate engagement programs and initiatives
Administer engagement systems and platforms
Analyze workforce data and prepare reports and metrics
Translate employee feedback into actionable insights for leaders
Partner with leaders and business partners to ensure execution of engagement initiatives
Assist with the administration of engagement surveys and feedback sessions
Facilitate engagement committees and other employee feedback initiatives
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required
Minimum three years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Program Coordination or Human Resources capacity required
Able to read, write legibly; speak in English with professional quality
Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
Collaborate and accept direction
Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
Think critically
Manage multiple assignments effectively
Organize and prioritize workload
Work well under pressure
