The Policy Service Associate will provide administrative support, assist Account Managers with client requests, and learn to manage a book of business while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to department members
Work directly with Account Managers to assist in processing client requests for service
Process endorsements, cancellations, and binders
Request worksheets and experience modifications at renewal
Verify and maintain account files
Assist with maintaining client relationships
Learn to use carrier websites for online quoting
Learn to become more independent and proficient at tasks performed for others for the purpose of serving clients directly in the future and handling own book of business

Qualification

Property & Casualty licenseMicrosoft Office SuiteAdministrative experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

High school diploma/GED
At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Preferred

Some college education
Insurance experience
