Responsibilities

Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, administrative staff, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process smoothly
Schedule candidate interviews (remote and in-person)
Assist with travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner as needed
Focus on the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that inspire the best to work at SGH
Support our robust campus recruitment program and internship program
Contribute to process Improvements and candidate experience Initiatives
Partnering with cross-functional teams to initiate and coordinate recruiting events that will promote the SGH brand
Maintain recruitment status report/dashboard and update new hire spreadsheets
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team

Qualification

Required

2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate recruiting
Personable and passionate about the candidate and new hire experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience supporting a campus recruitment program a plus
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
Experience using and maintaining an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)
