IT Support Specialist I

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, POS, telephony, and mobile devices
Investigate and resolve system issues using product knowledge and established methods, maintaining support ticket information within SLA
Resolve hardware and software problems using remote assistance, managing tickets as needed within SLA
Support technology and facility moves, maintaining hardware inventory and software compliance
Collaborate with peers on daily tasks, seeking assistance when needed
Complete project tasks of low to medium complexity with successful, timely outcomes
Partner with End User Computing to refine desktop configurations and implement solutions
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues, expanding business knowledge and technical skills

Required

Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
Telecommunications or cable industry experience a plus
Other related technical certifications (Microsoft 365, Google IT Support Professional, ITIL, CCNA)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
