Develop and enforce policies aligned with regulatory standards
Analyze operational activities and resolve escalated customer issues
Manage electronic banking functions including Merchant Capture
Collaborate on compliance with the Expedited Funds Availability Act and Electronic Funds Transfer Act (Reg E)
Oversee overdraft management and wire transfer processes
Qualification

Expert in deposit and transaction processing within financial services
Experience overseeing and optimizing deposit operations
