CDS Service Deployment Manager (Hybrid - Top Secret Clearance Required)

Responsibilities

Lead all CDS service deployment activities, maintaining close alignment with CDS project portfolio activities and the Program Management Office (PMO)
Oversee deployment plans and tool
Coordinates cutovers and back-out plans
Ensure successful implementation in the production environment and verifies post deployment stability
Partner with CDS Process and Service Owners, and the Service Desk to confirm documentation, support models, monitoring, and escalation paths are in place, and communicate deployment status, risks, and outcomes to technical and business stakeholders
Ensure operational readiness and coordination throughout the Service Transition Lifecycle

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience with service transition and knowledge management
Experience with continual service improvement and process improvement methodologies
Experience with change, config, and release management
ITIL certification
CORE certification
