The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee and optimize all billing and revenue cycle operations across a multi-site pediatric practice, ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full revenue cycle including charge entry, claims, payments, A/R, and collections
Lead and support billing staff while establishing workflows and quality standards
Manage denial trends, appeals, and strategies to improve reimbursement outcomes
Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to improve charge capture and compliance
Monitor KPIs such as A/R aging, days sales outstanding, and revenue performance
Support onboarding of new providers or locations from an RCM perspective
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing medical billing or revenue cycle operations
Supervisory or team leadership experience within a healthcare setting
Strong proficiency with Athena EHR/Billing
Knowledge of pediatric billing, Medicaid/CHIP, and commercial payers
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
