Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) solutions
Act as the QM solution and architecture lead on full‑lifecycle SAP implementations
Design end‑to‑end, integrated SAP solutions supporting manufacturing, inbound and outbound logistics, procurement, sales, distribution, and finance
Ensure SAP QM solutions align with Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements
Apply leading industry practices in Quality Management and manufacturing processes
Lead and facilitate business and technical design workshops with client stakeholders
Provide functional and architectural guidance to onshore and offshore delivery teams
Partner with multiple stakeholders to gain alignment, manage dependencies, and drive successful outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating effectively with stakeholders at both the business and IT levels
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in SAP planning, design, and implementation roles
Deep, hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)
Experience with compliance management in regulated environments
Strong understanding of SAP supply chain and manufacturing processes, including logistics execution
Proven experience integrating QM with Sales, Procurement, Distribution, and Finance
Prior experience working with a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator
Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership and ability to design end‑to‑end business processes
Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Life Sciences industry experience is required
Preferred
Experience leading full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Life Sciences environments
Ability to mentor and guide global, matrixed delivery teams
Strong workshop facilitation and consensus‑building skills
Thought leadership in Quality Management and manufacturing best practices
Experience supporting global SAP transformation programs
